Seattle - Qualis Health announced today that it has received re-accreditation in three program areas from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry.
URAC awarded the accreditation for Qualis’ health utilization management, independent review, and case management services standards. Qualis Health is a private, nonprofit organization based in Seattle, where it has operated since its founding in 1974. Qualis Health offers an integrated, comprehensive suite of care management services to improve the processes and outcomes of healthcare while managing the costs. These services are provided by Qualis Health to Medicaid agencies, health plans, employers, workers’ compensation organizations, multiple employer trusts, and self-funded health plans.
